Salve, Et Deus Benedicat Tibi ( Good Morning, and God Bless You) The Recipe is... #1 One Marshmallow #2 20 pieces of spaghetti #3 100cm of string #4 100cm of sellotape Today Liliana, Deborah and I were in a group to do a science experiment. The science experiment was that you had to build a tower that would be stable enough, withou t anyone holding it, to support a marshmallow. We used, 20 pieces of spaghetti, 100cm of string and 100cm of sellotape and the desk if you wanted to. IT WAS SOOOOO HARD! Our sculpcher kept collapsing and collapsing, it was SOOOO Annoying! What we could of done better was not breaking the spaghetti and we really needed more sellotape because the string wasn't helpful. The Best parts about it was team work and eating the spaghetti and marshmallow afterwards. Thanks for reading Matilda :)

Salve, Et Deus Benedicat Tibi ( Good Morning, and God Bless You) This Week we were focusing on 3D shapes in Maths. We used dotty paper and made a net, but it was very complicated because you had to get it right or it would fail. I was trying to make a rectangular prism. My first attempt failed because it had no top and my second attempt failed as well because it had no sides. It was still fun! Here are some pictures of my first attempt and second attempt. The first attempt failed because it had no top because I did not put the slab in the middle. The second attempt failed by not having any side because I forgot a step for the edges. Bongiorni E Dio Ti Benedica,  Yesterday we played St Martins, they were really good. They won 15 to 5. We still had lots of fun playing BUT... they in the middle of the first round I somehow tripped over. It really HURT and I couldn't play for the rest of game btu it was still quite fun scoring the points on the piece of paper. Thanks for reading  Matilda

Salve Legit, Et Deus Benedicat Tibi (Hello Reader And God Bless You) This week we went to Winter Sport. We played Heathcote Valley School and we won!!! It was the first or second time we had won. Konnichiwa, Yumi to kami wa anata o shukufuku On Thursday the 13th of June, the year 5's and up went to Winter Sport. I played Netball and we played the team we played on the first day. They got 26 goals and we got 2. At least it was better than last time because they got 33 we got 0. Arigato,  Matilda.

Guten Tag,Und Gott Segne Dich Yesterday on the 16th of May, Year 5 Year 6 Year 7 and 8 went to Winter Sport at Hagley Park. Some Netballers and Hockey people got a bye so stayed at school.  At Winter Sport I felt like I had hyperthermia,because the weather was so cold,it was dreadful.  My team played against a team that were so tall,we thought they were year 7 and 8's.
